Build your practice on infrastructure your clients own.
TomatoRTC's partner program is in early-access / design-partner stage. Three engagement models — choose by how deeply you want to embed.
Engagement Model A
Referral Partner
Consultancies that encounter real-time communications requirements but don't want to manage the integration themselves.
10% of Year 1 license ARR on referred deals that close. No minimum commitment; no exclusivity. Deal registration required to claim referral protection.
Familiarity with the platform sufficient to qualify a genuine opportunity (CCU scale, self-host readiness, budget range). Signed referral partner agreement (NDA + partner terms).
Engagement Model B
Integration SI / Consulting Partner
Engineering-led consultancies that will deliver TomatoRTC implementation projects for clients. Partner delivers the integration; client holds the license.
15–20% partner margin on client license deals (tier-dependent). Partner sandbox license: $0 while agreement is active. Professional services revenue stays 100% with the partner.
One engineer who has completed self-paced technical onboarding. Signed integration partner agreement. 2+ qualified client opportunities in pipeline at time of agreement.
Engagement Model C
OEM Embedded Platform
SaaS platforms, vertical software vendors, or UCaaS providers that want to embed TomatoRTC as the real-time layer of their own product under their own brand.
Annual OEM fee: floor $180k/yr (Enterprise tier features minimum). Per-seat or per-CCU royalty negotiated at deal time. Minimum 2-year initial term.
Direct discussion with TomatoRTC commercial team. Clear product plan describing how TomatoRTC will be embedded and distributed. Enterprise-tier technical requirements: unlimited regions, full audit chain, E2EE.

Client qualification
Strong fit — qualify these first.
Bring TomatoRTC to clients where these signals are present. The more criteria that match, the faster the deal moves.
Strong fit
- ✓ Needs self-hosted or private-cloud RTC — regulatory, data residency, or cost reasons
- ✓ Has or plans to hire platform engineering to operate infrastructure
- ✓ Needs custom AI workers in the room — transcription, moderation, coaching, assistant
- ✓ Replacing Twilio Video, Daily, Vonage, or similar hosted platform due to vendor focus change, Ericsson vendor risk, or cost-at-scale
- ✓ CCU scale: 50–10,000 peak concurrent participants
Client qualification
Weak fit — flags to watch for.
These are real disqualifiers. Surfacing them early protects your client relationship and closes the right deals faster.
Weak fit
- ✗ Needs turnkey production-native media parity today — signaling foundations ship, but platform media maturity varies
- ✗ Needs PSTN/SIP integration in the near term — deliberately deferred
- ✗ Very small or bursty usage (under 10 CCU peak) — hosted platforms more cost-effective
- ✗ No engineering capacity to operate infrastructure and no budget for managed ops
